Adrian Cox — CLUB CROCO Album Tour
Club Croco explores alternative repertoire from the early jazz era, capturing the timeless essence of the music with charisma, flair, and a modern creative edge. Cox and his trio draw on their extensive knowledge and insatiable passion for the tradition, delivering performances that honour the roots of the style while offering a fresh contemporary perspective.
Speaking about the album, Adrian says:
“My love and respect for the musicians, composers and characters who created this art form runs deeper in me than you could ever imagine. It is a true privilege to travel the world sharing this music and if I can get across 1% of those feelings to a listener, that is a win!”
Renowned for his ability to engage audiences both on and off stage, Cox’s combination of expressive depth and virtuosic technique has earned him widespread critical acclaim. Time Out has declared him “London’s most charismatic reedsman,” while jazz superstar and BBC broadcaster Jamie Cullum describes him as “indisputably one of the great clarinetists of the world.”
Now based in Sweden, Cox looks forward to touring the new album with his trio throughout Scandinavia, Europe, New Zealand and Australia, with multiple dates already confirmed and more to come.
