AUDREY POWNE

Melbourne born/UK based Trumpeter, Vocalist and composer Audrey Powne returns to the JazzLab for a special one off show. Audrey’s ARIA and Australian Music Prize nominated debut album “From the Fire” has received wide spread critical acclaim and seen her notoriety rise in Australia and internationally.

As well as her solo work, Powne has had prominence on the Melbourne and international music scenes having performed with acts as diverse as Maceo Parker, Midnight Oil, Jimmy Barnes, Jose Gonzalez, Allysha Joy, and she is currently touring with Grammy nominated band The Teskey Brothers.

Off the back of sold out shows in 2024 at Ronnie Scott’s in London, Melbourne International Jazz Festival and the EFG London Jazz Festival don’t miss this opportunity to see Audrey and her incredible band live before she heads back to her new home in London.
