SET TWO: Tom Lee Quartet

After more than two decades as the backbone of countless Melbourne jazz ensembles, double bassist Tom Lee brings together a first-class group of musicians to perform a selection of his original compositions. Featuring the lush guitar sounds of Hugh Stuckey and Fran Swinn, alongside the highly versatile James McLean on drums, the quartet will present new works inspired by landscapes, love, friendship, and conflict.

A much sought-after bassist on the Melbourne music scene, Tom is renowned for his collaborative spirit and sensitive accompaniment. Many years in the making, this new band promises an exciting and engaging evening of fresh sounds.
