MJC Presents: James Sherlock Trio

Throughout his three decade career, playing original compositions has always been a major part of guitarist James Sherlock’s music. Recent years have seen more of a focus on repertoire bands (such as the Bopstretch weekly residency), and accompanying many excellent singers (as well as his interpretations of classical repertoire in his duo with bassist Ben Hanlon).

This performance, however, sees the return of an all-original program, In preparation for a forthcoming album recording, collaborating with bassist Sam Anning and drummer Danny Fischer.
