MURPHY’S LAW – 20th Anniversary Reunion

Murphy’s Law is the first ensemble led by bassist and composer, Tamara Murphy. It ran from 2003 until 2014, releasing 4 albums. This performance will celebrate the 20-year anniversary of their first release, Telling Tales, reuniting their original line up of Julien Wilson (tenor sax), Jordan Murray (trombone), Nashua Lee (guitar), Tamara Murphy (double bass) and Joe Talia (drums). This ensemble received much acclaim for their recordings and live performances. This one-off show will feature tracks from their first release, in addition to select tracks from subsequent albums showcasing Murphy’s earlier compositional work mixed in with select covers.
