Melbourne Performing Arts Academy: Christmas Extravaganza at The JazzLab
Sunday, November 29, 2026 @ 3:00 pm
Doors open at 2:30 pm
Our Christmas Extravaganza at The Jazz Lab will give our students a truly memorable opportunity to experience the excitement of performing in a professional live music venue.
Students will take to the stage performing piano, guitar, ukulele, singing, drums and so many more instruments, showcasing the incredible variety of talent within our academy.
Our pianists will have the particularly special opportunity to perform on The Jazz Lab’s beautiful grand piano — an unforgettable experience for developing musicians. Performing on a professional stage in front of family, friends and our academy community gives every student the chance to build confidence, celebrate their achievements and create lasting musical memories.
The afternoon will also feature special performances from our wonderful teachers, allowing students to see their mentors take the stage and share their own passion for live music.

Help Us Bring Our Christmas Concert to The Jazz Lab!
Melbourne Performing Arts Academy is preparing for an incredible Christmas concert for children and young musicians of all ages on 29 November at The Jazz Lab, Brunswick — and we would love your support to help make it happen!
For many of our students, this will be their first opportunity to step onto the stage of a professional live-music venue. They will perform piano, guitar, ukulele, singing, drums and more, with our pianists experiencing the magic of performing on a beautiful grand piano.
We are raising funds to help cover the cost of hosting our concert at The Jazz Lab, while also supporting this wonderful venue and Melbourne’s live-music community.
Every donation, big or small, helps.
Your contribution gives children an unforgettable opportunity to perform, build confidence and celebrate everything they have achieved through music — while helping us support the venues that keep live music alive in Melbourne.
Support our students. Support The Jazz Lab. Support live music.
Thank you for helping us make 29 November an unforgettable day for our young musicians!
